The Appellate Tribunal shall dispose of the appeal filed under this Act within ninety days from the date of its filing, if no such reply has been filed, and within fifteen days from the date of its filing, within fifteen days from the date of disposal of the appeal filed under this Act. It should be sent to the relevant tribunal.
